This fall has been exciting and busy. September-October was filled with some wonderful weekend trips but due to being in the throws of weeks 9-17 of my pregnancy, I felt too sick to blog about most of it. Now that I have come out of the pregnancy fog I am excited to share some highlights. We rode our bikes to San Diego, attempted to sail to the Coronado Islands, went to see Jimmy Buffett in Las Vegas, had Duane, Chelsea and family as houseguests, had an amazing fall surf day and BBQ with friends at San O, and learned more about Trad climbing in Joshua Tree. What a wonderful fall filled with fun adventures and time spent with our amazing friends. We are so lucky.

He captured how we cultivate joy. This is us at our best. Playful and joyous and together. Almost one year ago, we took a risk and moved away from our entire support network in pursuit of happiness. We know where we find joy and we wanted to design a life where joy wasn’t limited to the occasional weekend and vacations. Cultivating joy is a daily practice. We find joy in daily access to nature. We find joy in adventure and we find joy in being together. This clip means so much to me because it represents our values and our goals. I just love it. AND I love the adorable GarageBand jingle too! ❤️❤️#cultivatejoy #skifamily #mtbachelor #adventuremama #adventurefamily #ergobaby #skiwithbaby @raisinglittlerippersLittle one ski sesh ⛷❤️ #cedarskisMy favorite ski bums. When your mama crush @__magneticnorth__ tags you in a Five things Friday- you do it!
